1-Set a right amount of calorie intake: To loose fat you need to eat in a caloric deficit.i.e Eating less calories than you expend(TDEE)
2-Add good amount of fibrous foods: Fibers would keep your stomach full and hence helps you overcome hunger, especially when you are on deficit.
3-Lift Heavy but Smartly: Based on your current stage of lifting, set your week volume in such a way that you would get enough time to take 2-3 rest days, with keeping a track of your progressive over load.
4-Rest well: Your weight loss process gets activated when your are on resting mode.7-8 hours of sound sleep is crucial for body recovery.
