• 1 cup paneer, crumbled
• 1/2 onion, finely chopped
• 1/2 tomato, finely chopped
• 1 tsp butter
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp fresh mint and cilantro leaves, finely chopped
• Put the butter in a pan, and heat to just below smoking point.
• Fry the onions and tomatoes in it and add the crumbled paneer after 2 minutes.
• Give it a good toss, then add the rest of the ingredients.
• Serve hot on toast.
